The target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. These are the measures in place on the site today:
Keyboard
Every menu, link, question panel and form field can be reached with Tab and opened with Enter. A skip link jumps past the menu.
Labels
Each form field has a visible label that screen readers announce, and required fields are marked in code.
Images
Photographs carry text descriptions of the fence, the yard and the town shown.
Contrast and text size
Body text and buttons are set against backgrounds chosen for contrast, and pages zoom to 200 percent without losing content.
Phones and tablets
Layouts reflow to a single column at narrow widths, and the call button stays at the bottom of the screen.
Motion
Smooth scrolling and hover effects switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Reporting a problem
If a page, the chat window or the estimate form does not work with the way you browse, phone (910) 807-8208 to book an estimate by voice or email hello@wilmingtonfenceworks.com with the page address and what happened. A reply follows within two business days, along with a fix where one is within our control.
