Where to send it
Phone (910) 807-8208, available at any time, or email hello@wilmingtonfenceworks.com. Give the property address, the date of the visit or installation and a description of the problem. Photos of a leaning post, a gate that will not latch or damage to the yard help a great deal.
A crew still on the property
If the installers have not left yet, tell us on the phone. Problems raised while the crew is on site are handled that same day.
Our response times
Within one business day, a person confirms we have the complaint and names who is handling it. Within ten business days, you receive a written reply that sets out what we found, what will be done and the date it will be done by.
What we look at
The written estimate, the installation date, photos and, where needed, a site visit. Workmanship issues such as posts out of plumb, uneven gaps, gates that sag or a fence placed off the agreed line are taken up with the contractor who built it.
What is outside a workmanship complaint
Damage from hurricanes, falling trees, flooding or vehicles, and boundary disputes that only a survey can settle. We will still help you work out next steps.
